The winners of the 2024 World Ski Awards have been announced.

Facing stiff competition from around the world in an event to recognise and reward industry leaders, Val Thorens won a public vote to take home the title of 'Best Ski Resort in the World' again. This is the ninth time they have achieved this accolade.

This award is in recognition of setting the global standard for lift infrastructure, in-resort facilities and slopeside accommodation. In addition to the global awards, it comes as no surprise that Val Thorens also won the award for France's best ski resort.

As Europe's highest resort at 2300m, Val Thorens offers some of the most reliable snow conditions in the Alps. On top of this, the resort constantly innovates and improves, adding new lifts and services every year, employing the best environmental technologies available.
