Heliskiing/boarding

Heliskiing/boarding trip in Valgrisenche, The Courmayeur Valley and the Col de Petit St Bernard Pass.

featured in Flying & flights

For backcountry adventures, this independent company operates in and around the following three heliski destinations: Valgrisenche, The Courmayeur Valley and the Col de Petit St Bernard Pass. They have pioneered 32 drop zones within these three broad valley regions giving you a huge choice of terrain, snow conditions and mountain orientation to ensure you have a day best suited to your ability and preferences.

You can choose to have one, two or three drops depending on your budget, fitness ability and experience!

  • One drop heliski – For those skiers and snowboarders who are looking to try heliskiing for the first time or those who are looking for a quick heliski hit away from the crowds without breaking the bank.
  • Two drop heliski – Two drops for those that have a little more fitness, off piste experience and money to spend.
  • Three drop heliski – Three longer flights allow you to get higher and further into the backcountry to find THE best snow and best terrain far away from lifts, roads and other people.

You can check out the possible ski areas and drop-zones HERE

Who should go

Anyone can do it. Many people believe that heliskiing is only for expert skiers, pro snowboarders, or the very rich. However, their aim is to show you that heliskiing is totally achievable for a much wider audience. They believe that if you can get down an intermediate level piste and can cope with some powder, then there will always be a perfect helisking adventure suited to you.

If you’re worried that you’ll slow up the group, or you’ll be unable to keep up with the pace, you can rest assured that their guides will tailor the day to your preference: it’s not a race to the bottom, it’s all about having fun in a beautiful environment.

Child policy

They take skiers and snowboarders from 14 years old. However, in some circumstances, they allow for younger riders and skiers if agreed by the guides. they are more concerned with younger mountain users to be able to stay in the group and to take instruction from the guides, as well as their skiing or snowboarding ability.
